Music for Mary Poppins
Below are the tracks for Mary Poppins. Guided vocals are the tracks with the voices behind you, and the Performance are tracks with no voices. We will be performing all of the songs with the Performance tracks for the show.
Important Mary Poppins Dates
January 3 - Costume Try-on Day
Please come with your child in their base layer. We will be trying on all our costumes for the show.
March 1 - Optional Sing in Church Day
This is an optional, but great opportunity, performance where students will perform a piece from the show for the congregation here at Longwood Hills Church.
Please wear jeans, and you will get your show t-shirt to wear when you arrive.
March 1 - Dress Rehearsal
Please arrive in base layers, NO MAKEUP OR HAIR
March 4 and 5 - FULL DRESS REHEARSAL
Please arrive in Base Layer, with your hair and makeup done.

BASE LAYER Information
Base layers at Impact theater are a way for us to allow kids to get into costume and make costume changes backstage. We ask that you provide your student with the items listed under their character. If you have any questions about the base layers, please reach out in the WhatsApp Group. Keep in mind that these will be worn under their costume, so lighter weight items will be best. Please also keep in mind that we will have multiple costume days, where they will be wearing these items. Please try to provide multiple sets of the items, or be sure to wash them between each wearing.
We will have character specific base layers, and will be sure to update with those after costume try-ons

Hair and Makeup
For Hair and Makeup, we will list specific needs for EACH character as we get closer to our shows, but we have some general base makeup guidelines listed below.
Basic stage makeup consists of:
- Foundation
- Light blush
- Eyeshadow
- can be placed on eye lids in neutral tones a few shades darker than skin tone. Use warm browns.
- Can fill in brows with natural hair color brown pencil, if needed.
- Neutral lip color (absolutely no red or pink lipstick).
- Neutral setting powder over the entire face to keep makeup in place. Setting spray if you have it.
You can also purchase this kit for basic stage makeup. It is an all in one kit, but please be sure to look at the color, they come in many different skin tones, the link is for the lightest shade
