Annie Auditions December 12th at 9am

We are looking forward to seeing you at auditions on December 12th. Keep in mind that if you do not show up to auditions, or make us aware of your absence, you will forfeit your spot in the show.

Auditions Songs

Below are the songs for our auditions. Please read all the directions for each song carefully.

ALL cast must learn "Tomorrow". We will be singing this as a full cast, and we will ask everyone to sing this in their auditions.

If you would like to be considered for a lead role or role with a solo, Girls, please learn "Hard Knock Life" and Boys, please learn "Easy Street". Girls if you would like to be concidered for Ms Hannigan, please also learn "Little Girls".

Auditions Sides

Below are the lines that we would like to hear at auditions.

If you are interested in a lead role we are asking that you come memorized. If you are not looking for a lead role, but still want lines in the show, please be familiar with the sides.

For lead roles, Girls please memorize the Annie lines and Boys please memorize Warbucks lines.

If you are a non-reader or not interested in a lead role, please familiarize yourself with one or more of the Orphan sets of lines in this side. Boys are welcome to learn any of these lines if they are interested in having lines, but not a full lead role. This will help us hear their voices and make the best placements for everyone.

Costume Try On

January 2nd

Please come with your child in their base layer. We will be trying on all our costumes for the show.

Feb 28 - Performance in Church Service

Students will perform a number from the show, around 10:15 during the Longwood Hills Church Service.

Feb 28 - Costume Dress Rehearsal

Please arrive in base layers. NO MAKEUP OR HAIR needed.

March 3 and 4 - Dress Rehearsal

Please arrive in Base Layer - We will be running the show in costume with FULL HAIR AND MAKEUP.

March 5 and 6 - SHOWS

Shows will start at 7pm.

BASE LAYER Information

Base layers at Impact theater are a way for us to allow kids to get into costume and make costume changes backstage. We ask that you provide your student with the items listed under their character. If you have any questions about the base layers, please reach out in the WhatsApp Group. Keep in mind that these will be worn under their costume, so lighter weight items will be best. Please also keep in mind that we will have multiple costume days, where they will be wearing these items. Please try to provide multiple sets of the items, or be sure to wash them between each wearing.

All cast members should have a base of makeup on for the show.

Use this tutorial to help with the stage makeup!

We recommend getting a stage makeup kit like this one Ben Nye Stage Makeup Kit. Be Sure to get the correct coloring for your child. This will include most of what you need for the stage, and will last for multiple seasons.
